When booking trips you might dread the process of figuring out what hotels, and what are the best rates, what activities to do, what flights to take, and the list goes on. What better way than to tell someone where you want to go, what you want to do, and have them do all that research for you?! That's how you know you need a travel agent. If you still are not sure if a travel agent is for you, here are some more reasons to choose someone like me!
Experiences - Travel agents have all the know on the cool experiences you might not know about and will be able to match that with your perfect destination.
Save Money - Many travel agents have connections through each supplier with flights, cruises, hotels and excursions. Most times a travel agent can find you the perfect trip for cheaper or within your budget.
Added Value - This is a major thing that most people forget about when booking with a travel agent. Sometimes, people will go and compare the prices they find to the ones the travel agent has found and will book themselves to avoid the extra expense of a travel agent. Travel agents get the special deals, so although the hotel room might be the same price, you might be getting free WiFi, parking and breakfast, which normally might not be included. You might be eligible for upgrades even though you are not the highest status with that flight or hotel.
Convenience - Your time is very valuable, and should be spent in other areas of your life, whether that be your family, work, yourself. Let a travel agent spend time with what they are good at and find you the perfect vacation.
Emergencies - Have you ever booked a hotel room with a third party, arrived at the hotel and then your reservation not be there? Then you have to spend time in the lobby trying to get a hold of someone and then having to sit there for hours? With a travel agent, you have their direct number and can usually reach them any time of day. You do not have to sit there for hours trying to figure out what is happening with a reservation, or flight, or excursion.
Travel agents have the resources and abilities to be able to make your dream vacation become a reality. Take advantage of having one at your fingertips, and even if they do not book for you, a travel agent usually has a small fee to be able to do the research for you and let you book, so even still they can help make your vacation planning easier, and more fun for you!
